Using SoundStride

By using SoundStride, you agree to these terms. SoundStride provides location-aware audio stories and related app features for personal use.

Accounts and Purchases

Purchases are attached to the SoundStride account used at the time of purchase. Purchased content will remain available to that account indefinitely, subject to these terms and any technical, legal, or platform requirements outside our control.

Free Updates

Updates to purchased content and app features are provided for free when we make them available. We may add, change, or remove features as SoundStride evolves.

No Returns

To the extent permitted by law, all purchases are final and non-refundable. If a purchase was made through an app store or payment platform, any refund rights or processes offered by that platform may also apply.

No Guarantees

SoundStride is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, complete accuracy, availability in every location, or compatibility with every device, network, or platform.

Safety

You are responsible for your surroundings while using SoundStride. Do not use the app in a way that distracts you from traffic, hazards, private property rules, local laws, or posted instructions.

Content

SoundStride content is for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly perform SoundStride audio, text, or other content without permission.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date above. Continued use of SoundStride after an update means you accept the updated terms.
